In lieu of a pressure bleeder, the best way to release entrapped air is to activate the abs on low cf conditions, then rebleed. Normal pump bleeding - Open the bleeder, push the pedal down, close the bleeder, release the pedal. Lastly, if replacing the brake master, bench bleed it first, then fill the reservoir and crack open the lines at the master before.
Never done anything besides the pump and bleed method or bench bleed a master cylinder.
It seems that the pedal continues to sink to the floor as the vacuum pump works away.or things aren't completely.
