Now it usually starts if I take the key out, turnthe key.
There is a clicking sound coming from the fuse box I think it is the starter relay.

Is there a fuse which could have blown supplying the dipped beam live feed to both. The fuel flap wouldn't open when I went to fill up. Now the dipped beam light worked as it should.
